The little scrote - I hope they find him and have him strung up by the balls before hauling him off to the worst cell in the jail. As bad as things are at times here in Ireland, thankfully we're not in nearly as serious a situation as the UK in terms of anti-social scrotish behaviour like this - yet!

If the government doesn't start taking what we have of this behaviour seriously, we could end up in an even worse situation

Not so sure OP.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine walking down the main street in Galway and this guy wouldn't harm a fly. He got punched in the face from behind and the guy/girl legged it. No one was ever caught.
