Where in the city, if it's the center I would use Waterford / Tipperary exit. UL Castletroy exit. Clare side go through tunnel and take clonmacken exit 100yrds after tunnel

It is the Castletroy exit that I will be taking. While I'm at it, how long would it take to drive from the Dublin road exit at Portlaoise to the Red Cow Roundabout in Dublin?

How would the traffic at Nass affect the trip from Portlaoise to Limerick city? :D
