    What are yours?

Mine, in no order at all –

    Animal Collective – Centipede Hz

Blackmoth Super Rainbow – Cobra Juicy

    DIIV – Oshin

How To Dress Well – Total Loss

Kendrick Lamar – good kid M.A.A.D city

    Mac Demarco – 2

Beach Boys – That’s Why God Made The Radio

Magnetic Fields – Love At The Bottom Of The Sea

    Yann Tiersen – Skyline

Father John Misty – Fear Fun

    Aesop Rock – Skelethon

    Yeasayer – Fragrant World

    Metz – Metz

    Wild Nothing – Nocturne

Honourable mention for Jens Lekman’s latest, but haven’t hadthe opportunity to spend a lot of time listening to it yet.

I never get why magazines always publish end of year lists in December, thus missing out a whole month of album releases.
Can I come back in January?

Yeah fair point, but that month's releases are usually best of's, greatest hits or Christmas albums.

December is usually always a quiet month for new album releases anyway, most artists usually wait until January rather than release an album in December.

I will post a list later when I get home from work.

Oh that Andrew Bird album is on my list too, that's gotten a fair few spins lately.

I'm still going to wait until January, partly because reading all the end of year lists tends to bring albums to my attention, which I otherwise would have overlooked. Pitchfork and the Guardian's are usually good for that.

    Too early.

Jeff/Gonzo/ Myself will start the thread at the beginning of December. Same as every year.
