Those old bicycles with engines

Remember (ahem, some of us) those bicycles from the 1950s with a putt-putt engine attached? As I recall, they usually had a skirt guard, for some reason. Anyone know where to find a picture of one?

There was a french design that was popular back in the day. Can't remember the name of them though....
