ya, but it goes against the spirit of bargain alerts........he/she is exploiting it for their own selfish means

All that "spirit of bargain alerts" seems a bit socialism to me. Perhaps bmaxi can tell us more about it, maybe we all should follow capitalism rules and keep all bargains in secret for ourself, just making profits on them?

This is generally why I stopped sharing my finds on here, too many Robbing Bandits so to speak.

Just telling it like it is. You are right, BA is a form of Socialism and those of us who are socialists will applaud it, while those of us who are capitalists will exploit it, that's just the way of the world.

The Pt920/19was taken off the market in the US over skin rash issues. It's a wonder they are giving them away this side of the Atlantic Lol.

I hope I did not get a bad deal. Not sure where does my AT892 model stand when compared with the PT920 model that was in offer. I opened the box and put it on straight for charging. If I had not opened it I could have taken it back. But I am surprised Argos gave me the wrong model. They took 30minutes to give this box to me and every 5mnts the girl said its coming its coming. Now when I see the box I can see they removed the Argos catalogue number sticker on the box. So I believe they gave me this on purpose.

AT892 looks to be more expensive model. I would say keep it :)

That's the thing. It's not the more expensive model. By rights it's the cheaper model. See post

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=81782505&postcount=118

Then go to the Argos page:

    http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/4436670/Trail/searchtext%3EDRI.htm

It was €132.99 to begin with, then reduced to €55.41 but the product on this thread was €199.99 now €31.87 so it sounds like bittihuduga was taken for a ride by his Argos store.

According to both Amazon and Argos the RRP for the AT892 is higher than for the PT920.

So am I right in thinking that I have to wait for confirmation that the product has arrived at the store before I call down? Or will I just call down and chance my arm?
