tights in high heels, feet slipping

well, as the title suggests i find my feet slip in high heels when im wearing tights.
when im not wearing tights i can wear my heels on night and never take them off.
with tights though i find my feet slipping forward and causes my toes to hurt:(

has anybody got any ideas to stop this happening? i was thinking of putting something into the soles of my shoes but what???

Trying spraying hairspray on the feet of the tights. Works for me Although sometimes it needs to be "topped up" during the night.

oh ill definately try this, usually have a small can of hairspray in my handbag on nights out

Boob tape on the bottom of your tights works wonders too.
