Parcel2go.com?

Hello There,

has anyone any recent experience with them?

I shipped some eBay stuff on Tuesday (collected yesterday morning) with Parcel2go.com/ie to the UK. I know they used NightlineDelivers for this order.

I have used Parcel2go before and never had any problems. But this time I can't get any tracking information whatsoever. Just says on their website 'unfortunately no tracking info, contact our support'.

That's not so worrying right off - I only shipped the parcel on Tuesday - but whats kind of strange is that there is zero possibility to contact anyone in this place.
They seemingly have all their phone numbers and email addresses taken off their site. All 'contact us, speak to someone, etc.' links bring you to the same contact page. This page essentially says 'before you speak to someone categorize your problem' and has some choices to click through which is basically nothing but an FAQ. Any reference to further contact brings you back to the start.
They have made a deliberate effort to clear the website of any possibility of making contact it seems.

Any ideas?
