I've a missed delivery slip that I got earlier, maybe it was just a case that it wasn't in stock when you ordered so they waited to send it out without contacting you?

My guess is the snail mail. The package gets sent out, HK post office puts it on a pallet for Europe or Ireland and the pallet doesn't leave until it's full.

Some of the pedals are marked 'Out of Stock' anyway. Our Hong Kong pedals all arrived on the same time i think.

Picked up the shimverb earlier. First impressions were that the Room setting is a really nice simple reverb, not a fan of spring reverb but it seems useable. As for the shimmer setting, well with the fifths it won't suit a lot of things, but already I can see myself working it into a few things, definitely another tool in the bag of tricks.

    Definitely worth the 35 quid.

Nice one. Maybe someone could mod it for the octave up.

Anway, i would love to build a Mooer pedal board for the laugh.:)
There are another 7 or 8 i want.

    That's what i ordered a while back.

Got a letter from Customs today about the Joyo. I have to send them the PayPal invoice via email because they obviously don't believe the customs declaration.

So, tip of the day is, don't get your Joyo/Mooer sent with a flippin' tracking number.

Maaan, getting stung on a pedal... particularly a Joyo.

Just checked the Paypal invoice.......$32 is what i paid in total. US fricken dollars.

That tracking number thing drew more attention to it than normal.

I got a delivery via DPD off WTFAccessories on Wednesday no customs . Not sure how it operates as I was lead to believe that any/all tracking numbered items were subject to customs .

I've never been hit by customs, whether it's tracked or not. It really just is a case of getting lucky though. What did the packet it was sent in have down as the value on it for customs declaration? For the mooer it had it down as $6 and just marked as an effects pedal.

Got my Cruncher this morning. Only got to use it for about 20 minutes. Opinions seemed to be mixed but I'm actually very pleased. It gives a very simple Marshall-like crunch sound and that's exactly what I wanted. The Crunch Box may well be better but given how good this is for €35 I don't think I'll ever need to compare.

People complained that it was a noisy pedal but I don't get any of that. It's no more noisy than my MI Audio Blues Pro or my Black Arts Toneworks Pharoah Fuzz.

I tried it with my SG and my ASAT and it sounded great with both.

    I'd definitely recommend it.

    Got that one. Sounds ok.

Special deal on wtfaccesories........4 Mooer pedals for $168 delivered. Works out at €32 each.

That's a saving of around €2 per pedal on Marcmart prices. I still kind of want one of the boosters...

Got my pedals. So far so good, barely got to try them, might have weird feedback issue with the Joyo, but I'll have to investigate. Pretty quick delivery all considered!

Got all my pedals today even though I ordered them a few days apart, about 14 days shipping average
Shimverb, joyo tuner & they sent me a vintage overdrive instead of the dyna tuner by error
Another wait in line for me :-(

Shimverb will take a bit of work but have it worked into a few numbers already
also finished building my Hermida Zendrive last night which takes the sting out of wtf's f**kup !

Apologies for resurrecting the thread but I have a joyo vintage OD en route and am looking for a simple (and cheap) reverb pedal.
I am looking at the shimverb or the Biyang RV10 tri verb.

Hopefully folks have had time to play around with their recent purchases and am just wondering if anybody has had issues running the shimverb after the Joyo OD pedal (or other OD pedals)?

Any other issues with the Shimverb?

    Thanks.

Anyone tried the ElecLady yet? Serious GAS for one.

I had 2 pedals ordered a while back in the hopes of having them for christmas. No luck so far, I don't think they have even shipped yet from Hong Kong! I'm not too annoyed as they are dirt cheap and I'm only getting them to mess around on so another few weeks isn't a dealbreaker.

In the end I sold my Cruncher as I had no daisy chain slots for it.
