Another thing, not strictly a sandwich but anyway...

Fresh white roll, butter, bacon bits, grated cheese thrown on straight away so it melts, and brown sauce.

    Unrayl.

Nice thick granary bread, avocado, goats cheese, cherry tomatoes, a bit of Parma ham, and caramelised red onion.

Soft, fresh granary bread. In between which is juicy slices of filleted beef or strips of steak, a strongish white cheddar, delicious juicy tomato slices, rocket leaves, some gherkins and then topped off with some horseradish mayo. NYUM.

Let's get this out of the way, cutting sandwiches in a triangle does NOT make them taste better..

I always though they were cut that way so that people who don't like crusts won't have to eat it?

Put some prosciutto into a dry frying pan - fry till crispy(in a minute or so as the prosciutto is so thin - besides saves on the calories:)). Butter some bread(preferably toasted) add sliced tomato and lettuce, add salt and black pepper.

Ham, cheese, tomato, red onion, done on the George Foreman. About half way through cooking, butter the outside of the sambo and cook for another 2 or 3 minutes.

    A potato waffle,
    some scrambled egg,
a couple of spoons of beans,
    some grated cheese and
    some ketchup.
You need some thick bread for it, messy but wholesome

We made this about two years ago. Spent ages buying proper horseradish, top-quality rib eyes, crusty loaf. Left it overnight with a couple of bricks on top. The anticipation and longing was almost unbearable.

It was the greatest sandwich I've ever eaten. Everything was perfect with the world for those blissful few minutes.

Fresh squishy Brennans bread. Chips loaded with salt and vinegar. Stuff buttered and mayo'd bread with as many chips as you can wrap the bread around. Nom!
