Ringing Meteor and getting put through to Emobile

Hi, I have been trying to ring Meteor on their Dublin number from my emobile phone and I keep getting put through to Emobile because I am ringing from an Emobile phone, talk about frustrating, I have to wait for emobile to answer and transfer me back. On the subject of the Meteor broadband is there anything you can do on a huge bill for going over the download limit?
