Pffffttt driving through my estate to the house, coming up to a tight bend in the road, I slow down and wait for the car to come against me as I can see its head lights, I'm right over against the kerb on the left, mr or mrs BMW driver comes around the bend on my side of the road then flipping beeps at me to get out of the way, whaaatttt are you beeping at me the person stopped because I always do coming up to this bend as everyone takes it wide!

First time in my life I actually pondered for one moment I'm jumping out of the car in a fit of rage and going after you!!

Sure my ass would be handed to me in a fight with a paper bag, but its the trying that counts right?

It annoyed the BMW 8series forums greatly when top gear did the 850i vs CL600 test. The dyno showed the 850i was putting down something like 293bhp.. they claimed it lost 30bhp vs the stock 326bhp and it lost that round. Problem was that model was the 300bhp version (the 326bhp was a different engine). Never mind the fact the CL600 was an entire generation and at least a decade newer so it was a stupid comparison anyhow.

So after nearly 20years their $hitty tired 850i was still putting out over 95% of its BHP, despite "loosing" that test due to their pis$ power research abilities.
Dont remember that particular episode but there ya go, top gear isn't the best source of info lol!

Matt, they have an 850ci there but I presume it's the csi that has the 326bhp?

If you don't have a job (Not saying you don't) don't touch it, and if you do have a job, you'll need an excuse for commercial tax!

I work for a furniture wholesaler/retailer and i would be on the road the odd time moving small things/doing small jobs that need doing so i guess thats a fairly valid reason

It's funny, because I got that smell yesterday and it's the first time in a long time that I actually got the smell.

In the garage I used to work in, the ajoined petrol used to have the pumps washed down on a regular basis.
