Cheapest USB DVB-T Card

Hey, was wondering what the cheapest USB digital receiver thing would be? I'd like to be able to get some TV on the laptop, so would need to be capable of Saorview (doesn't have to be approved though). Bricks & mortar would be better if possible. Cheers.

Satboxes.com have a DVB-T stick for 17 yoyos. Out of stock at the moment though.
