z-index on banners

Now that I can see banners it appears that when I scroll, the banner has a higher z-index than the floating menu so it obstructs menu items. Windows 7, latest version of chrome.

Thanks for reporting it... it's an on going battle with our advertisers to stop them setting insane z-indexes...
