Arabic & French channels would suggest that your dish is aligned on the 13 degrees east satellite position, rather than 28 degrees east, where the UK channels are. Or maybe it's a multi-lnb setup that receives from a no. of different sat. positions.

You should be able to switch between positions in the channel list.
