Other than that group of people I think most road users are better than I remember. In particular the standard of driving is better amongst younger road users than the older cohort.

Not alone do they not let people out of side roads as a courtesy, but they almost invariably stop in junctions, which they should not do.

have not has similar experiences. I let people out and people let me out. I definitely do not honk the horn if someone does not move off immediately when the lights change as I have cut out myself often enough.
