A compliment for Ryanair - Voucher Name Change!

Hi All,
I made the cardinal mistake of entering the wrong information when purchasing a Ryanair Voucher today for €200. I nearly died - I thought, this is going to cost me a fortune.

After googling, I couldn't find any info on how to change the name on the Ryanair Voucher - except for many posts on how to change flight names and the different costs - €100, ouch!

But as the voucher was for €200, I already stood to lose alot of money.

So I rang Customer Service, expecting a long wait, call to be dragged out, some arguing etc - but to my surprise, actually shock - it was the complete opposite.
The Customer Rep was very helpful, prompt and sorted my issue within 30 secs, without any additional cost. I wasn't fully changing the name on the voucher as I had only entered my maiden name instead of married name.

Anyway, just wanted to share a positive Ryanair story in case someone else has a mini heart attack like I had today.
