I'm good - I have decided I need to lose weight! So No more snacks at all (except for cake friday - cheat day ftw) and only 3 meals allowed a day - starting at 11am and finishing at 7pm! today is day 1 - no food yet this morning and don't feeel like I need it at all!

talk to me in a week and we will see where I stand on this! :pac:

Oh I cannot function without breakfast. Having a good breakfast will actually help stop you from snacking. Or have healthy snacks on hand

If you're exercising then you're probably best of eating little but eating often GB - rather than overloading yourself with 3 larger meals - just my advice.

Not just a long weekend either....JAZZ weekend and County Final weekend - could be epic! :D

Haven't seen who's on yet really just looking into some of the acts now, Hypnotic Brass Ensemble seem class but they're expensive and I'll be destroyed Sunday night - I know the West Cork ukelele Orchestra are on so might try catch them.

Won't be out too late on the Friday night or Saturday, have a team meeting Friday to name the team etc. and Saturday I'll be taking it easy with the game on early Sunday.

+1, eating little and often is great BUT some people swear by the intermittent thingy but ask Awec and Daisies, I am a cranky b!tch without food :pac:

thing with little and often with me is that I probably would trick myself "sure a chocolate bar is little - and that's what I am supposed to do!" :pac:

Honestly though I am only starting to get a small hunger pang now - 30 minutes till I can eat, and coffee is allowed so I am sorted!:p
