Is Dundalk the most dangerous town in Ireland?

Was up in Dundalk for a night out last weekend. I seen 2 fights in a bar before the nightclub. Another 2 in a nightclub on main street.

After that walking to taxi rank the amount of scumbags just standing round waiting for trouble. Seen one guy defacating outside a chipper across from the nightclub on main street. Disgusting stuff.

Pretty grim place in my experience. Would anyone agree or was it just a bad night?

A few fights on a weekend with drink involved more than likely and it's now the most dangerous town in Ireland?

Seems the common thing with all incidents is you!

Anyway, I lived in Dundalk for a few years, its got its fair share of scumbags, but nothing more than any other major town or city.

So you saw 2 fights and you saw a load of scum bags standing around.

Was this your first time in a town?

Only Waterford, Galway and the Dub stations rank higher in total crimes which suggests it may be.

How about asking the question like this.

How many towns have you seen people sh1tting on the main street?

Not a town but twice on Abbey st. in Dublin, once in Tralee and once outside Shenanigans in Sligo.

Lack of specifics, controversial conclusion, the OP is a troll.

you can see a lot worse than that in most irish towns.

it all depends on the type of bars and nightclubs you go to.

Dundalk always had an edge to it though.

OK then. Nothing unusual about that then so. Must be an Irish thing.

You could replace Dundalk with any town/city in Ireland during a weekend and the result would be the same.

interesting to see Galway and Waterford so high on the figures for Attempted Murder and Assault. More than anywhere outside Dublin city centre.

Border towns anywhere in the world, along with ports, tend to be dodgy.

No chip shop across from Ridleys? Did you get very very drunk maybe?

Drogheda is worse imo, but yeah Dundalk isn't far off.

story is full of holes, which is ironic because it's his hole were the turds came from probably. He was that drunk he didnt' even recognise his reflection.

I heard they're renaming it to Baile Fallujahstan to better reflect the peril.
