My experience with letting agency Hickey Group

I want to share here my experience with the agency below.

- contacted them on the 3rd of October by phone and was informed to use email contact instead
- wrote them an email straight away
- after 1 week of no feedback I called them again and my details were written down
- another week later, no feedback, I emailed them again
- till today they did not sent any feedback, not even a No
- but they do refresh the ad almost daily

For a serious agency, which they claim they are, I think the behaviour is ridiculous.

I do feel sorry for the owner of the house in Springlawn Close, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15. As this agency doesn't seem to take their job too seriously.

I wonder if they only collect data ?
Does other have any experience with this agency ?
