Aircraft from Dublin circles over Mayo at FL360. Some kind of testing?

Just saw this. Looks a little unusual. I remember seeing some months ago, the A400 being taken for a run along the Atlantic coast of Ireland, maybe it's some similar testing. .

Probably, Ireland is really small. Orbiting over Mayo is no big deal when it comes to jets. Quiet airspace is best.
