can someone refund to my 3v voucher?

If a retailer processes a refund for a transaction that was completed and paid for using your 3V Voucher, the refund will be credited back to that 3V Voucher and the balance on your 3V Voucher will increase by the amount of the refund.

As long as your 3V Voucher has not expired when the refund is credited back to you, you can buy goods and services up to the amount of the remaining balance on your voucher. If your 3V Voucher has expired when the retailer processes the refund, you can apply to us to redeem the money left on the voucher as described on the Redeem a Voucher section of My 3V Account.
