Does anyone know why inebriated folk think it is funny or clever to play with taxidrivers' horns in the middle of the night? It's inconsiderate, annoying and afaik still illegal to sound your audible warning system at night unless in emergency. It's inconsiderate, annoying and afaik still illegal to sound your audible warning system at night unless in emergency. But I can literally see people's eyes light up when they spy my horn, and they can't wait to catch me of guard to give it a good seeing to.
