Hi, just wondering does anyone know if a towbar for a 00 Scenic would fit 06 scenic.

Short, simple answer is No.
Just google "malcolms caravans", have a look at the the towbar section, click on the fitting instructions and you will see that the Scenic II from 2003 has a totally different Towbar.
