Adding Ch4 HD to Sky+HD Box?

Can someone give me the frequency info and such to add channel 4 HD to my Sky+HD box Other Channels please? Can the new "Channel 4 Seven" be added to Other Channels? I've just added ITV1 HD,are there any other decent channels i could add? Thanks

11127.00 V 22000 5/6 should give you both CH4 HD and 4 seven
