Starts Thursday October 4th. Not sure if it ranks up there with the Aussie or UK series, but it's still an entertaining show.

Looking forward to this. Not quite as entertaining as the Australian series (which I think is the best masterchef) but I did enjoy it last year!

This is on tonight. Didn't see the last series, but heard the judges weren't great.

Masterchef Australia is my favourite masterchef, pretty spectacular all around.

Yeah, I like the format of the rounds and I like the judges. You have to record it so you can forward through the australian ad break link up bits.

It must be fairly boring for Nick and Dylan to sit there and watch the contestants cook for 30 minutes each.

    Did she say "shít"
    Food looks good though

Did I just see someone getting oxygen from a paramedic??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,176 ✭✭✭✭Cienciano

Definitely "emotional". Wonder if you see people ahead of you not getting through?

Saw that too! Should be interesting to see what happens.

She should have had a double brandy before she went on to calm the nerves

Fair play to her coming back from that - she looked shook.

    She's gutted.

Just about to say that! No one is getting through.

Wonder if beans on toast would get me through?

They seem much tougher this year.

They must have to taste a load of rubbish... The elimination process must be so tedious and we only see the edited hour!

Ooh that sea bream looks lovely!

Most of it's average home cooking in fairness. Sea bream looks good. Shocked at the raw steak.
