Free 3D Product Modeling Program

Looking for a free program that would allow me to make a very simple 3D model of a product prototype for a college business project. Just something I could put into a business plan and powerpoint presentation. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Try Google SketchUp. Free download, relatively easy to use.

Second this, have used it for a while. Quite handy so it is, great for mocking up ideas quick.
