    Server up now. Cant promote people. Can anyone check my permissions and see if anything pops out?

    Still struggling with the permissions. Here's my permissions file

    I've fixed any problems I could find but now whenever I type a command in pex it just gives me a list of all pex commands.

    i did it! I have no idea what was wrong but I rewrote it permissions by permission and the groups are working.

    Now wether the actual permissions themselves are right is still to be tested

    Does anyone know how to allow for only mods and above to place lava? I have it disabled as standard in essentials at the moment

    Its really not a big issue; I'm much more interested in seeing the custom Lockette settings restored so people can lock alchemy chests, condensers etc.

    Both of them can be done, i thought Sean Fixed the issue with the lockette settings. You have to enter the chest ID into the Custom Block ID...

    yeah for some reason it didn't save. i have it changed again so it will work on next reset.

    Current problems that need sorting

    1) Lockette wont work with iron, crystal, gold chests etc despite adding them to config

    2) Core inspect does not treat condensers and alchemical chests as chests for logging

    3) Mk2 collector recipes are blocked for some unkown reason.

    4) find out why turtles don't work

    I'm off work on Wednesday so I'll be looking at all the plugins again. There's also a thief or two around but to be honest, if people wont even close their doors this is gonna happen.

    Sausageandeggs should be able to help you with number 1, he sorted all that stuff for us on our old server.

    For number 2, some logging tools don't log tekkit chests, you'll have to look for one that does.

    Do the MK collectors have a code number like 123:15? If so, blocking one collector with the :15 tag will block all blocks with the :15 tag. We used Disablecraft to sort this.

    I'm just a little baffled. I added them the exact same way I added condensers but the chests still don't work.

    I'll look out for a plugin that supports tekkit so

    I'm using disablecraft. I use the permissions part of it. And there's no restriction on mods making them. In fact everyone should be able to make them. Something else must be blocking them.

    Many people can make stuff like Mk2 EE blocks, mining lasers etc. It seems to only be mods and a few random people affected by the permissions bug o_O Indeed, I thought it was only trusted people who had access to Mk2s but it seems that the higher your rank, the fewer blocks you can make :confused:

    I was on last night and a few people were having trouble making swift rings. I didn't want to make it for them as i didn't know if they were banned for builders, but 10 mins later he was allowed to make it.

    Very strange indeed :confused:

    I was able to make swift, all other rings and the T2 IC weapons are blocked for me though :confused:
