Do the ASE mods not have the thread stamped on it?

I had an ASE Jet-z and it said what thread was on it

Nothing else close to that used in mods. It's a bit bigger than 14mm which I did come across once.

OK, that adds a bit more confusion, Ase Utra S5 can have any of the following threads:

Standard threads include ½"x20 UNF, ½"x28 UNEF, 9/16"x24 UNEF, 5/8"x18 UNF, 5/8"x24 UNEF, M14x1, M15x1, M17x1 and M18x1 to suit most centrefire rifles.

You'll need a vernier to measure the exact diameter and best if you can get a thread gauge to measure the pitch.
