Construction work Norway, Sweeden or Finland

Hi i am a plumber from ireland and i was just wondering if anybody had any experience job hunting in any of these countries, i can't find any decent recuitment sites on Google as it's so corrupt, any info would be great

best try Norway, but plumbing is a bit different here.

Scandics countries are not like.. rest of the world so to call :P

It's impossible for a plumber (or any other similar profession) to find a job just like that. You have to go there and live for a while, show your face, interviews etc etc byrocracy
At least I know Finnish employers require you to have Finnish PPS number and Finnish bank account (in the most cases).. too demanding.

I'm Finnish and found a job in Ireland some years ago based on 2 telephone interviews and a technical test online.
I'm applying to Finland from time to time, since last year, still didn't get even one fcuking interview arranged over the phone!
