find fuse in corolla 95 1.3 petrol

Plugged phone charger in cigarette lighter and as a result radio and clock stopped working. Happened in an old carina i had. Just disconnected cigarette lighter and changed fuse. Cant find fuse box in this car. There is one near battery but couldnt find fuse. Any ideas?

Is there a small box on the lower right side, by your knee?
That usually pulls out and the fuses are behind it.
