Bit silly for a club as big as ours not to arrange transmission for a sold out match

Don't think it's up to the club. It's down to the broadcasters if they want to carry it or not.

That's mad, can he leave before January?
If Chamakh does go, that leaves us with no other striker apart from Walcott right?

Not unless he buys out what's left of his current contract and declares himself a free agent. Also if he does something incredibly stupid that the club tear up his contract. None of which will happen. He's with us until January at the very least!

Shame, I would have liked to have seen us play tonight

I wonder if Giroud has until then to prove himself / If he's still not scoring, would we go for Llorente and if he had found his touch then we could go for a much less proven talent ?

It's bollocks. After a long day an Arsenal match would have been a proper tonic.

I'd say you are right, even if Giroud was scoring right now, we would still need cover.
Podolski could possibly do a job, but Walcott and gervinho can't.

i think arsenal tv are probably only allowed to show youth fixtures live & not any to do with the FA or PL

the league cup show isn't on until 12:15 AM tonight/tommorow morning on BBC 1 NI - a bit late.

but it's on the other BBC's @ 11:15 tonight, you can tune BBC 1 London it into other channels on sky with these: 10.773, H, 22.0, 5/6

Team just popped up on FB

Tonight's team: Martinez, Miquel, Djourou (c), Angha, Yennaris, Santos, Coquelin, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott, Arshavin, Giroud

SUBS: Shea, Squillaci, Bellerin, Frimpong, Eisfeld, Gnabry, Chamakh

I'd say Chamakh would have started if Giroud had bagged a goal or two already.

I must brush up on my Arsenal knowledge because that is the first time I have heard of Angha...is he good?

Would like to see Eisfeld get some game time this evening, looks like a real prospect.

I'd never heard of Angha before today either.

Got the same, just a load of guests talking muck. Nothing about the match really.

Doesn't seem like we are missing much anyways, 48% possession and 1 shot on goal...
