Buying from a garage for first time.

Hi folks. I was just wondering if you can haggle with a garage? The price for this particular auto is 2900 and i was hoping I might get a few hundred off it. I am only really used to dealing with trade magazines and online. Worth my while haggling?

I'd bring 2500 with me, open with an offer of 2000 and see what happens
