 But I'm planning take probably one per hour on the big day (so after every 5m I guess). I don't want to be completely depleted before I start taking them. I'll bring a cereal bar or two too (I'm liking the Nature Valley chewy trail mix chocolate ones, they're "flexible" enough to squash into the loops on my gel belt), and some jellies.
