Can you resume downloads with AppStore? -Mountain Lion is 4+GB download !!

Does the AppStore have a resume feature so that I can stop mid-download and take up where I left off at another time? I'm on 3 broadband and I think downloading 4+GB is going to be a mammoth, multi-day effort. Or do you have to download it in App store? Might it be possible to buy it via AppStore but use my browser to…
