converting my hi top transit to a camper and carry my stunt bike. needs some decent sounds but cheap. was thinking some decent speakers and 6x9's and pair of 12's. Would i be ok running the speakers and 6x9's off the head unit rather than an amp ?

    6x9s fine.
Subs- not a hope in hell.
The 12s will need an amp!

6X9s and a good head-unit is enough to cause hearing damage.

Consider a remote or second head for the rear of the camper. Especially if you have a head that turns off after 30 min of no engine running. (though creative wiring can solve this.)
