Nope. It was largely around commercial property in markets like Germany, etc. He was telling all and sundry to avoid Bulgaria like the plague, specifically because of dodgy planning and overbuilding.

no i think that was the one who does prime time, the one with 800 kids. Marian Finucane kids days are over she is like 95 years old.
