FIS renewal while on Mat Leave

Hi I'm hopin someone can help. I recently got my FIS renewal but I can't get thru to ask them the following. Im on Mat leave so I have no payslips (only getting state benefit), what should I send into them. Also while on mat leave my partner is getting JA but this will cease when I return to work. How will they calculate…

Sorry,

Only saw this now. For a renewal just get your wages department to fill out there part of the form.

Shouldn't need anything else.
