    Powers were 9/1 F Molinari & will pay out if E Molinari wins

    11 & 90 to lay on Betfair respectively at lunch makes them 9.8 coupled so it's slightly on the big side

    They'd a special in their shop. Boosted F Molinari's price to 9/1 & your bet will be paid out as a winner if E Molinari wins also

    In other words you would've been getting 9/1 the 2 Molinari's coupled
