Replacing controller battery? - be warned!

My PS3 has a 570mAh battery and the Ebay one is 1800mAh....said to be good for 8-9 Hours of non stop use

Look @ 2.45 into the vid....the white plastic clips that hold in the battery?....Sony revised the bleedin' design! :mad:

My PS3 was made in 2012, i've included pics of the new design....so i had to get creative, i used a double sided sticky pad and affixed the battery to the bottom side of the lower frame. Works like a charm....extended playing time

A lot of hassle for extended playing time. Just buy a 2 metre usb charging cable and Bobs your uncle!!
