Most used phrases/words on Boards?

I've noticed lately that some phrases have been repeated nonstop and was wondering if there are anymore.

"Get off your high horse" in particular. I've seen this about 20 times today alone.

Any more?

Breaking the rules a bit here but people who start threads with "So...", often to make something pretty awful or important seem casual or trivial, example: "So I just got my car broken into" or "So I tried to kill myself last night"...ughhh....
