Sky free to air channels all changed/gone?

hey guys, I just turned on my tv and only seem to have bbc1 free to air. No itv, channel 4, 5, etc. Anyone know what's going on? Cheers, pus.

have you got the card in the box? if so take it out plug out box plug back in after a few min and all free channels should be back.

if it dont work try going to other channels and get the codes
