I heard tomorrow morning is the official Manager/Employee Job swap day.

Does any one know where I can get more details of this online?

Maybe if its something your company is doing, you can ask someone you work with?

There is no such thing "Officially." It's not something I'd want to partake in.

I heard it mentioned on the radio this morning, possibly FM 104.

It would be horrific if they tried that in my job. :eek: Spectacular though.

Actually the whole idea of a job swap day seems ridiculous overall. I can't think of any of my previous jobs being suitable. The loss of productivity alone would make it unlikely.

Daft idea.

I'm not a manager, im fairly down the pecking order.

Just part of a group trying to boost morale in the job.

Thought it might be a laugh.

Hopefully my colleagues are little less cynical.
