    just to see what other fellow sim pilots do when there in the middle of a flight or at a crucial point in landing or running into bad weather.
    Ive often gotten the sudden urge to go pee when the going gets tough but in order to be as realistic as possible i try to hang on as best i can ,
    sometimes its ok if your on autopilot on a long haul you can go and have a quick one and get back ;
    Not that easy though when uve got a fully laden a320 on a short run , passengers an timetables come first.
    Ive seen the plastic bag type things , does anyone use them or would they leak or smell if left around your pc.

    As real as it gets:D. Use the head(toilet) en route(for airliners and buz jets), and you shouldn't have a problem. For the rest go before you fly. Just my(and common's) sense:D.

    What do you actually gain in terms of realism from acting like this?

    In reality you have a co-pilot to look after things whilst you answer natures call. In FS you have the pause button and autopilot.

    You're taking things to a ridiculous level here

    +1. Although if you left me in charge on your 'break' I'd end up rolling a 737 just to see if I could. Looping it is fairly easy.
