HKC Securewatch 8/12 JP2 Serial Port Printer PC Wiring

Hi all.. would anyone be able to tell be what the wiring is for a serial cable from the JP2 connector on the Securewatch 8/12 board to connect to a PC or printer as RS232.. or does the cable for this also contain active components?

An easier option is to pick up the lead needed for this at the suppliers here.
