    Hi All,
I offered to clean out my granny's house.
Can anyone tell me how to clean Venetian Blinds??
I can't just dust them or wipe them clean as the dirt is ground in. Probably haven't been cleaned for years.
I can't imagine cleaning each strip separately on each of the blinds!!
Can anyone please offer me some advice!!
    Thanks:)

if you won't do that, then get new blinds.

3 pronged blind cleaner with removable washable cloths for 3 euro in Aldi.

    They do the job perfectly.

if they haven't been cleaned in years, i'd suggest putting them into a tank of bleach and water for a while before using the blind cleaner.

i'm hoping they're the same kinda white blinds that i cleaned last year!
if i wasn't so stubborn i'd have just bought new ones!

If the dirt is ingrained it's a horrible job cleaning them - you'd need to scrub each one individually - very awkward. maybe time to look at replacing them!
