Live.ie Account Hacked??? - Help Please

I think my boyfriends Live.ie account may have been hacked .... I'm not sure!

I had been using it and he had it open on his iPhone also, later in the day I tried to access it again from the laptop and it gave a warning stating that it thought someone else was using his account.

I followed the instruction to reset the password and as requested I entered an alternative email address to receive the reset link from Microsoft, when I click on the link it says there is a temporary issue and to try back later. I have tried this numerous times and it keeps saying the same thing.

He uses his Live.ie account for work so its urgent that we get access to it.

I notice that my hotmail account looks differnt, like they upgraded and they changed all the graphics...

Would apppreciate any help anyone can offer please:)
