LOL, haven't spotted any, have seen a couple of Chelsea shirts knocking about the place, 8 hours time difference here, no English tv over here, though Fox Soccerball show Sky Sports News from time to time.

Iain Dowie saying he likes Javi Martinez at Valencia, who?

Dave Bassett says Maicon is finished because he was destroyed by Bale.

Why do they give these idiots time on tv?

There isn't even a guy close to that name at Valencia. I mean, the nearest thing you can get is Jeremy Mathieu...

And if he was confusing Valencia with Bayern then he's an even bigger mope than I imagined.

    Gobshites.

No excuse really, former football manager being paid a fortune to sit on his ass and discuss football. Least he can do is actually be informed.

Hell, as a manager he shouldn't even need a bloody reason.

I honestly don't know why they do and Maicon like the whole of that inter team went out in first gear because they had blitzed Spurs in the first half and where winning 4 - 0 . By that logic last season gareth bale showed up to anfield and never got a kick of the ball and even resorted to diving . So I take it he is finished too .

I think it was the game at WHL they are referring to. Bale destroyed him that night too.

Ramirez to Southampton done.....is it just me or is that the biggest surprise of this transfer period?

Agreed completely, just wondering who he could have meant.

Its a surprise after all the on again/off again nonsense from Bologna. Not a surprise regards the money, plenty of cash at St Marys these days. Shame they couldn't have done it before 12 so he could play against Man Utd on Sunday.

I hope they aren't showing SSN in Celtic Park today because those Ross Kemp adverts will put Efe Ambrose right off signing.

Oh he ripped him a new one that night too but for a player to have a bad game or two in Maicons case and then say he is past it is abit unreal . I would struggle to name 5 wingers in the Premier League who will rip him apart like that so I think he is a very good signing for City . Plus its also about squad depth and City have that in abundance now .
