Free pdf editor

    Is there a free pdf editor available that will then allow document to be printed without a watermark?

    I cant manage to get this working. Ive gone through the install and click finish but it doesnt appear to do anything. It soesnt appear as a newly installed program or any icons anywhere.
    If I search for pdf editor, i can find the downloaded docs but cant run it from there either.
    If it doesnt appear ready to use after installation, Im kinda stuck.

    Edit:
    It say cannot start as msvcp100.dll is missing.

    download it manually here and throw it in the install directory
