Ford Focus - Handbrake Issue

Hey chaps, Just a quick question. I just came into ownership of a ford focus zetec. Just been serviced, having issue’s with the handbrake. I’m having to really yank it in order for it to stay put. Just over 50,000 on the clock. Is this a regular occurrences on this particular model, or should I pop down to my mechanic for…

Hey chaps,

As before just needs to be tightened. Shouldn't cost more than €25 I only know because got mine sorted yesterday. Simple job & nothing to do with make or model can happen any car
