Recommend a Sleep Mask Please

about to go to bed and the feckin sun will wake me up at 5am and ive tried everything :mad:

i was ordering one from amazon none will ship to me for some stupid reason

this one has exellent review

so i went looking in my local cresent none only one for planes 9 euro and that was it looking very cheap

You can get black out material in fabric shops. They sell a lot of it to shift workers and people who get woken by day light.

Buy a blackout blind or tape a dark towel/ black bin bag over your window. My Dad works nights and the towel worked while we were too poor to afford a blackout blind :pac:

Face masks are horrible to try and sleep in, the elastic tickles and the mask always moves up and down and winds up over your nose or something.
